Service starts, but VO won't load!

Service starts, but VO won't load!

Hi folks.

So I've got a W2K sp4 server. I've had Zoho running fine, but due to a problem had to reinstall. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times now, but it won't load. The service is started, I've checked the port, there are no errors, there is no firewall.

Everything was going swimmingly, but now I get nothing! Any ideas?
