ServiceDesk Backlog Historical Report
I am trying to create a report that shows how many tickets were still open at the end of each month. I have created the formula within excel and I am trying to move it into Zoho Reports. I have been able to create this 2 different ways.
(Number of Open tickets - Number of closed ticket) + Previous months calculations. I can do this with moving calculation and get the results i need but once i lose the previous point it throws of all calculations.
