Set print layout for A4 paper

Hi, I don't know why, but for some reason anything I print down from Zoho seems to print horizontally instead of vertically onto A4 paper. I can't find where to change this, is it in settings somewhere? The print screen is not allowing me to specify horizontal or vertical. it's most annoying! Sue
