Set up Alert on Potential Change

Set up Alert on Potential Change

Hi,

I want to set up an "Alert" whenever the following criteria is met.

  • Potential Stage is "Closed Won"
  • And
  • Potential Owner is not set as Current User
  • And
  • Potential Owner Field is changed to some other value
I'm finding it difficult to specify these conditions in the criteria while creating a rule. Can you please help me with this?
