Contactually CRM has a nice feature, you can associates a followup cycle to different buckets. You can set 3 day followup cycle for New Leads bucket and 30 day followup cycle for Existing Customers. As you put contacts into the buckets, it will automatically remind you to followup when the cycle is up.

Is it possible to set up something like that?

I'm looking at Automation and hoping to set up a recurring tasks when the "Bucket" field changes. However, Automation doesn't seem to allow recurring tasks. Any other ideas?
