Seting up sales objectives

Hi,

I feel like there most be a very easy way to do this, but I just cannot find it.

How would I be able to set up goals for our sales rep?

I want to be able to create a quick graph where he can see the Sale Objectives that we are asking him for a certain month. Compared to where he is currently in his sales.

We use Zoho CRM and Zoho Reports, I understand how to create reports, that's not the issue.

My question si related on where and how can I setup goals for our team? Then how can I link those goals to the Amounts sold in the opportunities and create reports with that.
