What is the right setting if I have conditions like this:

Can checkin several times and the admin can set the checkin hour once every hour or at certain hours on each shift and the hours can be modified. For example, the admin arranges to check in at 8am, 10am, 1pm, 3pm every day and the hours can be changed and not employees who are absent manually but for hours determined by the admin / manager. And every checkin time set the employes receive notification on their mobile phone.
