I am testing a new process.

When I send an email which requires a response I am setting a bcc to a todo email address on my domain.

The client can not see this but I want to set a filter so that when I receive the email into my email account it is moved to a folder called ACTION NEEDED.

Seems to work when it is a cc but not when a bcc.

Firstly should it be working and secondly if it will not work is there a work around?

I know I could go into the sent folder and then forward it to myself but that requires me to do that, I want to automate it.

I know it requires me to set the bcc but I ma more likely to do that.

As an aside it would be nice to have some sort of functionality to set a "monitor this email" flag when you send it.
