I must be missing something so apologies.
I have a list of calls to make so have set task for each lead to call. No problems there.
Now one lead says to me "call me back at 10:00 am on Thursday"
How do I do that? The only way of doing that I can see is to set an event?
Is that correct. An event is time based and a task is not? Come to think of it why cant you have just one definition and it either has a date or a date and time. Even having a date is unnecessary as you could set a unit of work to be done "sometime next week"
And please when can we have tasks shown on the calendar, then we can drag and drop to plan our day.
