Setting Domain Nameserver to zoho

Hi I have bought a domain from a third party and wanted to set up my email with zoho mail. I do not have a hosting server website and do not play to own one (yet).

I'm wondering if I need to change my domain nameserver to zoho as it's currently set to the default of " NS1.HostExample.com."
