Setting Fiscal Year starting from the middle of the month

Setting Fiscal Year starting from the middle of the month

Hello,

My problem is that I am trying to use this system in Nepal which has a different calendar and the start end date of the fiscal year falls in the middle of the english calendar. Is there a way to set the fiscal year accordingly?
