setting page permissions for attachments

setting page permissions for attachments

hi, i am trying to set up pages which can only be modified by the administrator, but i can�t prevent group members from adding attachments. is this a bug? ideally the "attachments" link should disappear when the permissions are restricted, as is the case with comments..
