Setting up a 2 tier Reseller model so distribution accounts can have other partners associated
We are a software company and we now have a need to add another layer to our CRM account structure. I would like to understand the best practices for having a reseller partner account associated with a distributor account. I would like the distributor view to include the ability to assign leads and opportunities to the reseller partners associated with the disti as well as be able to view those within the distributor account (and/or pull reports)
Any suggestions?
