Setting up a report to monitor each rep performance

Hi Guys,

I am new to CRM.
I am trying to get reports to manage the performance by sales rep.
I could not set up a proper report that will give me an overall performance of each sales rep ie what the sales rep did on the leads, the number of quotes he did etc...
The idea is to have a dashboard to monitor what a sales rep is doing: conversion rate and so on...

Is that possible?
