Setting up an AutoResponder

Hello,

I am trying to setup an autoresponder for leads i import. The directions say 

To set up autoresponders

  1. Click the Leads/Contacts tab. 
  2. In the Leads/Contacts Home page, click Leads/Contacts Tools > Autoresponders. 
  3. In the Autoresponders page, click Create Autoresponder.
My problem is, i do not see the second step in my Leads tab. Could anyone help? I see the LEAD TOOLS however, i do not see anything that says AUTORESPONDERS.
