setting up another email ID which operates directly through zoho servers.

Currently my email goes throiugh my web host and gets forwarded to zoho. I would like to setup another email box which operate directly in the zoho server, bypassing my web host, because there is a delay. 

I cannot figure out how to do this, how to create another ID which actually sends and retrieves mail.
