Setting up email with a domain on Amazon Route53

I am setting up Zoho for the first time. I use Amazon Route53 for my DNS. I am not a sysadmin or an expert in this field. 

Below is a screen shot from Route53.

I assume that the red "X" are bad.... 

What do I need to change?
