I'm trying to set up my domain in zoho mail, firstly it simply wont let me and now it has blocked my IP address.

It took me about 15 trys just to get past the signup screen because of ambiguous "error occurred" issue.

Why are you making it so difficult for us to give you money? Obviously I will start with the free service and make sure it is good before signing up to a plan... 

Can anybody help me get my account started? This is a <15 minute task on gmail or outlook.com, shouldn't be too difficult.
