Setting up Mail on Outlook on a mobile Device - Zoho Mail Exchange Account

Setting up Mail on Outlook on a mobile Device - Zoho Mail Exchange Account

So, I've been trying for 2 months to set up my zoho mail through Outlook on my android mobile. I follow these instructions, and it does not work. I am wondering if that blank domain is the problem... otherwise I am 100% sure that the password and username I am entering is correct.

Zoho stopped responding to my emails about 2 weeks ago, I just get no response from the support team at all. Is there anyone that can help me figure out this problem? I have tried working with the Microsoft Outlook mobile team but ultimately they just direct me to my mail administrator, which is Zoho.

Thanks.

Hello,

This is an unresolved issue. Please help me resolve this issue with Zoho Mail. I am going to have to switch from your service - I have submitted help requests and I am getting no reply.

I believe the problem is in the blank domain.

Best,

-Josh

Hello, just a note that this is still an open issue, I have spent 2+ hours on the phone with Microsoft staff and have been transferred all around the world. I "think" it may not be liking that your domain is left blank in your instructions - but surely someone else in the world has had this issue. I look forward to getting this resolved.

Best,

-Joshua
