Right now we have a webform that generates leads via API (we use Ninjaforms).  We have territory based filters in the form to determine who is assigned each lead, but we'd like to set up a round robin system for any lead outside of the territories we currently filter (essentially every lead outside of North America).

From what I've gathered, it's not possible to run lead assignment rules when your leads are created via an API, which is frustrating.  Is there any other way to set up a round robin system for certain leads (non-North America) that are created with an API?  This is pretty important stuff.
