Setting up Zoho for my business

Hello guys, would like to get some tipes as i'm having difficulties implementing my business

Logic using Zoho CRM.


Background:


My business is 100% lead generation and distribution to multiple partners.

We generate  eads for multi industries from various sources, capture it in CRM, and then using webhooks functionality to fire the data to our partners systems.


Who/What is partners?

Partners - People we are doing business with, mostly SMB’s with a single point of contact. we send data (leads) to the partners by changing a custom field “partner” that triggers a webhook. So partners are being integrated on the webhook level and we have many hooks for each partners.


Module Usage at the moment


Leads - our partners leads. my agent takes care of distributing the leads manually to our partners (by choice - due to the dynamic business we’re in)


Contacts - our partners leads which converted


Deal - A Deal that was made upon conversion of a lead (partner made a deal with a lead we provided).


Accounts - not in use


We don’t and can’t really force our partners to report to us on our crm and therefore this is done by us and we use it as our back office to know exactly where all leads&deals are.


Tried building a custom module that will hold all the partners infos and then associate leads using a lookup field to the new module entries (partners) but leads cannot be mass updated on a lookup field. And webhook data won’t display… so need another idea…


Basically what I would like to achieve:


  1. Ability to hold partner data in crm (phone, email, type etc…) So I can pass 1 webhook with dynamic data. Instead of private workflow for each one of my partners.

  2. Ability to associate a lead with 1 partner or more - sometimes i split the lead between 2 partners.

  3. Ability to mass assign leads to partner(s)
