Setting up Zoho Mail access and CRM integration

Hi, 

I'm having problems setting up the CRM integration with zoho mail.

I have setup the crm using my email address "andres(dot)carrillo@aura(dot)gt", and I understood I could set up Zoho mail to receive the emails from my existing account (provided by rackspace) and integrate with the CRM function. 

I'm unsure where I messed up, but when I go to the mail settings and attempt to add a pop3 account, there's already an "andres(dot)carrillo@aura(dot)gt" account there, but as if it were a zoho mail account. Not one I can edit or remove. Thus, when I try to add the pop3 account I get the error "zoho account already exists for User"

How can I correct this on Zoho mail? Can I just delete the zoho mail account and not affect what I've worked on for the CRM end?
