Setting up Zoho People when CRM already in use

Setting up Zoho People when CRM already in use

I am trying to set up zoho people as our HR system and we already use CRM across the company. The problem I'm having is with adding users to zoho people as it says the user is already part of an organization, it will not let me add these users (which is most of my company). I am using the same admin log in for both so would have thought the organisation would be the same. Thank you
