Hi,
I am new to Zoho and would like some advice of setting up my preferences.
On my home page I have set it up so I can view my "open tasks" and "todays leads".
On "Open Tasks" the subject is the main underlined hyperlink and then the other columns are;
Due Date, Status, Priority and Activity Type.
My question is where can I edit which columns are shown? I would also like to be able to see which company/customer the task is related too without having to click thought to the full task.
Also under "Todays Leads" the main hyperlink is "Lead name" which is showing the contact persons surname. Can I change this to the company name? It also appears that this is the field that is given when you drill into a given task against the "lead".
I would prefer to see the company name as the lead and the persons name as a secondary field or primary field if there was no company name, i.e the person was a end user.
Is this possible?
I have tried using the help function but couldn't seem to find the answers.
