Could you please provide me with correct settings and details on collecting our email from Outlook 2013 and also from Iphone 4s/Iphone5.

 

I have tried to add my email account to Outlook 2013, but I am getting the following notice:

 

Messages:

 

Outlook cannot connect to your incoming (POP3) email server. Please contact your server administrator

Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) email server. Please contact your server administrator.

 

I have also found that your instructions to receive messages on my iphone do not work.

 

Therefore, could you please help me with obtaining the correct details for Outlook 2013 and Iphone
