I am a small business with only three people. I am out of the office most of the day and take most of the enquirys via voip. I am struggling to set up crm really because the concept of crm is so new to me. I see its that we need it.

i downloaded your pdf which is ok but is there a guide to crm which assumes you know nothing? Are there set up templates?
