Setup

I received an email that said I needed to save my documents or they would all be deleted in 30 days. It stated that I needed to go to set up. To fix this. I usually only use my iPhone for this app, I can not find the setup in my iPhone, so I tried my laptop/tablet and still do not find the set up. Am I going to loose all if my documents?
