hi, I was senting my question of zoho suppot, unfortunatelly with no resolve

I use free version and I can't personalize the system without this piece

can anybody give me the ansewr what to do but I'dont need answer like "you must buy full version" - this is not true

probably this is an error in system but I wanna know solution
