Setup a new account; still unable to receive emails

I setup a few email accounts with you today over 3 hours ago.  I followed your instructions to the letter, adding the proper MX entries to in cPanel and even updating my TTL settings to "1" for immediate results.  However, I am still not getting any emails.  I am able to send, but can not receive.

I have followed your online articles to the letter.  I have also continuously checked the settings using the MXToolbox 3rd party website you provide.  I am still not seeing mx.zoho.com.

Please advise as to what I can do to receive emails.  With these current settings, any emails that people try sending us are getting permanently lost.  And thus we have no way of providing the support they need.
