setup auto responder

Someone please help with setting up auto responders. We have a pro account.

I've read both https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/miscellaneous/set-up-autoresponders.html and https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/miscellaneous/autoresponder-scenario.html

I've created my email, I've created the "rule," which isn't really very clear (I want the auto responder to be sent to ALL webform leads).

I can't find "auto responders" anywhere!!!!!
