Setup VO for Dummies

Hi,

I've tried for hours to setup Virtual Office but I am totally lost now :-) Can someone please help me through it? Virtual Office for Dummies so to speak?

We're a small foundation with our own domain. How do I setup Virtual Office so that we can access it through the internet? I installed VO on my PC, which is behind a router. What do I enter as Zoho VO Server Host Name? How do we enter VO from the internet?
