Hello there,
while researching this what I would have expected basic feature I was surprised that it seems impossible to share an address book with other members of a group. We have email addresses, phone numbers etc. of e.g. our tax consultant, employees and logistics companies as well as customers who we would like to give all our employees equal and synchronized access to, so that if one of the contacts changes it only needs to be changed once.
Is that not currently possible with ZOHO Mail?
