Share Contacts within organisation

Share Contacts within organisation

Hi,

We are currently trialling the free version of CRM and have had a look at the forum to find a way to share contacts created by different levels but haven't found any info on this.

We have three users:
1. Super admin
2. Manager admin
3. Manager standard

Manager admin uploaded contacts from csv doc to CRM, super admin changed accessibility for Manager Standard to view contacts however this has not worked. 
When Manager Standard logs in, the contacts added do not appear in the contact list.

Is there a way to share contacts without making the list 'public' (do not want users to have edit/delete control)?
