We have 10 users and would like to share data (contacts, leads) for analytics and reports purposes only. We want to be able to compare sales figures, current customer stats etc. I am able to achieve this in data administration by making the customer and lead data public, however, this results in all those records being searchable. I do not want users to be able to access other users records, I only want them to be able to see statistics. Is this possible?

I am currently using the professional edition of Zoho CRM.
