Share individual survey link through crm automation - not email

Hi all!

In my dream I see an automation that sends an individual link (that can be associated to a record in zoho crm) that can be sent through external service!

In more details - I wish to create a workflow rule that will send a survey link to a specific contact when a deal is closed with him. I know this can easily be achieved through email, but I actually want it to be sent to an external SMS service (that does not integrate with zoho crm).
Is it possible to create an automation that creates the custom survey link and adds it as a parameter to be sent via webhook?

This is what I do today, but since I don't know how to create the ad hoc custom link, I just send a public one and cannot track who answered :\
