Share knowledge base with external people with protection

Hello there,

I would like to map the following in Zoho. We have some help resources and would like to make them available to external people. However, these external people should not need an individual account or have to enter a password manually. The resources should not be publicly accessible on the Internet.

What I have in mind is an API that generates a JWT so that the connection can be authenticated. Or you simply pass a password in the URL, which then authorises access to the resources.

Background: An application should link to the help, but the call should only work via the application (inside the app). No other external access should be possible (normal web brwoser etc.).

Do you have any idea how to do this? Unfortunately, the Zoho Desk Help Centre cannot be used. You can hide content, but you can only grant access rights to personal accounts (end users). Regardless of the disadvantage that it is personalised, the user must also enter their login data - this cannot be done in the application described above. SSO cannot be used either, because the portal should also be able to be used by "normal customers" and therefore by normal end users. In this case, it is definitely desirable that users have to enter their access data on the UI.
