Hi,

I am new to Zoho and I'm trying to set up the users and permissions. We have multiple sales persons and we want them to have access to their own data only. From my understanding I have to set leads, contacts, deals... as private.

But as the sales progress into the sales pipeline, we want the engineers to have access to some contacts to start working on a solution. Ideally the salesperson would share the contact with the engineer team whenever he/she needs. 

Is it something possible?
