Share problems for Professional Subscription

I have 2 roles role A and role B on the same level

I did what the guide says in creating group in every combination possible and "Assistant VP" could not share "VP Fly executive" Leads.

I do not have " Data sharing Rules" because I have the professional edition.

I even put both persons in the same role, activated share with people in the same role and still one user could not see other user leads.

I'm in the initial stages of implementation, but is really important to get this right.

Simple question: how do I make role A and Role B to share ? by the way, I already read all guide instruccion but I guess I'm doing something wrong.
