I had recently shared my Workspace with support as part of troubleshooting (ticket #1). The problem is still under investigation and has been over 2 weeks now.
Following another issue (ticket #2) I noticed that support were able to access my workspace. I then realized that my Workspace was still shared (as part of Ticket #1).
It would be better for the Admin to be aware that the Workspace is being Shared with Support by some indication/mark/colour etc on the Workspace.
