Created a couple of email accounts.

I created an address book as shared.

I can add contacts to it and it is visible to all users.

However if I start a new email (Compose) and start typing an email address it provides choices from the main Contacts list but does not pull from the Shared Contacts list ??

This seems like a necessary feature for a shared Business address book.

Is there some way to make this work ?
