We are missing a huge fonctionnalite in setting up Dashboards (and reports) on corporate level. 

Currently, we can not set Read Permissions on share Dashboards (and reports) without giving write access as well

When we create a corporate dashboard and share that dashboard with our employees, they can modify or delete that dashboard. The only way to make sure they do not modify anything is to remove on the User Profile all permissions to change dashboards. But this means that no one can create or modify their very own dashboards anymore

What we would like:

Possibility to share dashboards with only View Dashboards permissions (read) and avoid that those can be changed (no write)

We have the exact same issue with reports: i would want to be capable to have more granular permissions on the folders: read/write: Today i can only give access to all or nothing on a folder, people that can run a coporate Report can delete it as well
