Shared Data

I am trying to set it so that a standard user can see and access data entered for just one Module.

I have gone in to "Shared Data Settings" and selected the module and created a "New Sharing Rule".

Do I assume that: *Records Shared From: means the creater of the records ie someone with Admin power and that: *Records Shared To: means the person who is to share the files.

If that is the case I think I've done that but without success.

Any help appreciated.
