Shared Documents Folder Lost......HELP!!

I have a group that had a shared documents folder in it that I created. I wanted to move the folder to a new group. I was told I could not move a folder because it was shared. I UNshared it, assuming I would still be able to view my folder I created. Now I can not see it anywhere in personal or shared documents to move it. \

How can I get my folder back????
