I have a shared folder and I would like to forward an email in it to another person but whenever I try to do that it says "request failed".
I have also tried to comment on the email and tag someone else in but when I type @ and the first letter of the persons name, it doesn't preload anything so I can't comment either.
Are these 2 things not meant to work? Or are they just failing for me only?
