Shared items not visible in Business Dashboard or Documents

We are testing Zoho business. If we share a document in Zoho Writer, the item is visible for other users when they entered Zoho Writer.

But if the user clicks on Dashboard or Documents / shared to me the items are not visible.

In the dashboard the menuitems: Sheets, Presentations and Documents just show the message 'Loading'. But nothing happens
