We currently use Exchange 2003 and one of the benefits is public folders, we have things setup so all info@ email drops into the public folder so anyone within the company can see the mail and respond to to it, I can see you support shared calender etc but not email.
Do you have any plans for this?
This is a major requirment to us as everyone in the company needs access to both their direct email and the companies public email.
