We are testing Zoho Reports as a possible BI tool to show the status of our sales projects to our customers. We have been able to easily create a database with three tables and a view with 5 reports using these tables.

However when we try to share this view to one user, giving to him all the "read permission options" Export, View, View Data.... the "shared" user is only able to get acces to the view and reports, but it is not able to export any data in the report to Excel, or to Export the whole view with the 5 reports to PDF, or seeing the data below the reports.-...

We have readed in the documentation that this could be possible. Any ideas about what we are doing wrong??.
