sharing a created document

sharing a created document

Hi-
Once I have created a document, how do I share it with someone in my organization (in other words someone who we have in zoho). I can do it as the document is being created, but with this particular problem, I need to share a document I created a few weeks ago with someone and there is nothing I can see that allows me to do that.
This is a document in the crm (not doc.zoho...)
