Sharing a Group calendar via HTML has wrong time

Sharing a Group calendar via HTML has wrong time

I have a group calendar and have created an event for 1pm.

The timezone is Europe/London (GMT+1).

If I share this calendar via HTML, the event is showing as being at 12pm, not 1pm.
