Is there anyway to create a shared mailbox and then individual users can reply to email that are sent to this shared email address? 

For example I'd like to have info@domain.com email address to be shared by user1@domain.com and user2@domain.com

When one of the users reply to an email that was sent to info email address then the other user should be able to see that another user is already typing a reply or already sent a reply for this email (that was sent to info email address). 

Is this possible?
